Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care
Overview
CSI through its subsidiary CSI Pediatric Services Inc. owns and operates PPECs servicing the Miami-Dade and Jacksonville, Florida communities providing nursing intervention and medical supervision to children with special health care needs in a day care setting.
- All therapies are available if ordered (PT, ST, and/or OT).
- Transportation (if qualified).
- We accept Medicaid, Medicaid cost of share, or private pay. Although it is generally not a service covered by traditional insurance, there are circumstances where it will pay for a specific block of time (ie. post surgical recovery). This is a cost effective alternative to in-home daytime skilled nursing.
- Services for individuals aged 0 to 21.

- Apnea Monitoring
- Oxygen Administration
- Tube Feeding
- Tracheotomy care
- Ventilator management
- Transportation provided
- Medicaid Coverage
