Does CSI conduct background screenings?
Yes. CSI conducts extensive background screenings including Level 2 (FDLE and FBI) background checks, reference checks, and verification of professional licenses and credentials.
Does CSI accept Long Term Care Insurance?
Yes. An additional benefit to you is that CSI accepts Assignment of Benefits. Acceptance of Assignment of Benefits means CSI bills the insurance company for you and handles all of your claim documentation. CSI has Insurance Experts available for you at 1-800-282-6409 to answer your questions.
Does the CSI company provide back-up coverage if the scheduled worker cannot come to work?
Yes. CSI’s Customer Service Department is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Does CSI accept Medicare?
Yes. CSI accepts Medicare in Miami Dade County.
