The CSI Story

CSI’s vision is to be the most trusted name in caregiving services in the United States by offering caregiving services that deliver the best in value, reliability and quality in the communities we serve.

CSI was formed in April 2000 as a small nurse registry company. The early years of CSI were spent growing the business, acquiring similar businesses and forming the platform for a broad caregiving services company. By 2005 CSI had grown to become the largest nurse registry in the country with a service footprint covering more than 80% of the Florida population. By 2008 the company had developed a network of 5000 active caregivers in Florida and Tennessee and had diversified into Medicare Home Health services in Miami-Dade County.

The complimentary nature of the registry and the agency created a unique service offering that in 2010 was enhanced with the addition of two new CSI companies. Comprehensive staffing services are offered by CSI-Staffing, and prescribed pediatric extended care services (PPEC) are provided through CSI-Special Care.

The resulting caregiving organization offers the most diversified and complete caregiving services available in the communities we serve. CSI licenses cover the entire states of Florida and Tennessee. 18 locations throughout Florida and three Tennessee offices position CSI to be able to offer local service supported by specialized central resources.

CSI will continue to expand into geographies and services which complement the current business and which result in better service to the communities we serve.
